Tonight is Patriotic Night at the Farmer’s Market

The Farmer’s Market this Friday, July 1 will be themed Patriotic Night. The Westfield Farmer’s Market is held every Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Westfield City Hall.

The children’s parade starts at 6 p.m. and is led by Mayor Cook. Children are encouraged to decorate their bikes, trikes, and clothes. Parents are encouraged to walk with their children as well as military personnel. Participants can meet at the Farmer’s Market before 6 p.m. behind the Mayor’s derby car. Early arrivals will receive flags.

The parade will begin on Hickory Alley and go west to Union Street. From there, the parade will head north to the Christ United Methodist Church and loop around back to Union Street. Vendors are also encouraged to decorate their booths in conjunction with Patriotic Night.
