The annual Mayor’s State of the City Address was incorrectly listed as being scheduled for Friday, Oct. 14. The address will take place Wednesday, Oct. 12 during the Carmel Chamber’s monthly luncheon, noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Monon Community Center.
