What: Live cheese carving demo – The “Cheese Lady” will sculpt a football tribute to the BIG Bowl Game (of course), featuring football icons and images in a 300-pound mammoth Wisconsin cheddar cheese! Kaufmann is no rookie when it comes to carving football and other sport-related cheese sculptures and is currently the Guinness World Record Holder for the World’s Largest Cheese Carving.
