I want to know if there are any builders planning to build condos in Carmel that are one-story, have decent-sized screened porches and possibly a lower-level storage area for all occupants (and for storm protection).
Everything being built in Carmel is multiple stories, and many are apartments. Many of us older folks don’t want to deal with the stairs, are tired of yard work and want to live in condos. But we need storage space, too. We personally are looking for something near the Monon, and land is for sale on 116th Street, just east of the Monon Trail entrance.
