Recommendation: Pazo de Barrantes Albarino 2010 ($20)

Albarino is known to pair perfectly with all types of white fish and shellfish. Knowing this, it will couple well with the cod and create a refreshing match to the seasonings included in the tacos. Available online and at specialty shops.
