Salon 01 has hired four full-time people recently, and still has as many as 10 more part- and full-time positions to fill.
The hiring initiative is taking place mostly due to a recent expansion on the Monon level of the City Center Drive location to now include a spa and central Indiana’s first-ever “blow-dry bar.”
Salon 01 Blow Out! is a new salon concept, popular in larger coastal cities, that specializes in the art of the blow-dry. No cuts, no color, shampoo-and-styling-only appointments are the perfect answer to women’s quick-style needs, whether for a wedding, a party, a weekly treat or a night out on the town.
With the expansion, Salon 01 also began an aggressive hiring campaign to staff the nail care, massage and skincare spaces. With state-of-the-art equipment, Salon 01 is a place anyone trained in nail, skin or massage services would want to call home.
