Professional Remodeler magazine has awarded Case Design/Remodeling Indy a Silver award in the Outdoor Living Under $100,000 category of the 2012 Professional Remodeler Design Awards. Designed for a Carmel, IN home, the winning project included a screened porch addition, deck expansion and pergola. Please see attached pictures.
This is the first time CaseIndy has won a national design award. “We were competing against large, national remodeling companies in this category,” said Larry Greene, president and owner of Case Design/Remodeling Indy. “We are proud to have our design/build efforts recognized at this level. The judges were impressed with the transformation we were able to achieve.”
Projects were evaluated on construction quality, overall design, creativity and problem solving. The winning projects will be featured in the October issue of Professional Remodeler and awards will be presented in October at the Remodeling Show.
