Investigation and raid net four

On Nov.  4, members of the Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force served a search warrant at a motel room in Lebanon. Officials discovered the remnants of an ongoing methamphetamine manufacturing operation, methamphetamine, and methamphetamine paraphernalia at the location along with a small child. The following were arrested:

Joshua Reed and Brandi Reed, Lebanon – A Felony manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a family housing complex, B Felony possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a family housing complex, C Felony possession of precursors within 1,000 feet of a family housing complex, D Felony maintaining a common nuisance and D Felony child neglect.

Scott Small, Lebanon – A Felony manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a family housing complex, B Felony possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a family housing complex, A Misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and B Misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.

Jason Perkins, Thorntown – B Misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.

All four suspects were taken to the Boone County Jail following their arrest. This raid and arrests come as part of a three-month ongoing investigation. More arrests are expected in connection with this investigation. The Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force was assisted by the Indiana State Police Clandestine Team, the Lebanon Police Department and child welfare.

The Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force is comprised of officers from the Carmel, Fishers, Lebanon and Zionsville police departments and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, with support from the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office and the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.
