Noblesville man arrested for dealing Suboxone

On December 19, 2012 at approximately 5 p.m., Daniel Friley, 35, from Noblesville was arrested in the 7500 block of E 196th St. in Noblesville as part of a three month investigation.

Daniel Friley was arrested for Dealing in Suboxone, a Schedule I II or III Controlled Substance, Class B Felony, two counts and Neglect of a Dependent, Class D Felony, two counts.

Friley was transported to the Hamilton County Jail. More arrest are expected in this case.

Friley is accused of dealing Suboxone while his two children under the age of 4 were present in the vehicle.

The Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force is comprised of officers from the Carmel, Fishers, Lebanon, Zionsville Police Department, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, with support from the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office and the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.
