Noblesville man arrested for dealing Suboxone


On December 19, 2012 at approximately 5 p.m., Daniel Friley, 35, from Noblesville was arrested in the 7500 block of E 196th St. in Noblesville as part of a three month investigation.

Daniel Friley was arrested for Dealing in Suboxone, a Schedule I II or III Controlled Substance, Class B Felony, two counts and Neglect of a Dependent, Class D Felony, two counts.

Friley was transported to the Hamilton County Jail. More arrest are expected in this case.

Friley is accused of dealing Suboxone while his two children under the age of 4 were present in the vehicle.

The Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force is comprised of officers from the Carmel, Fishers, Lebanon, Zionsville Police Department, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, with support from the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office and the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

  1. They need to be investigation a Dr. Lay in the Carmel area who sells this drug to supposedly be getting young drug addicts off of Opioids. He is doing nothing but trading one narcotic for another. When the kids visit his ‘hole-in-the-wall’ office, they must pay cash and get a generic receipt without the Dr’s name on it. You also cannot file your insurance and he sells you the pills right there in his office. He does no followup medically with these kids which is very dangerous. What is happening is that these kids are just turning around and selling his pills so keep their own opioid habit going. Please stop him.
