Dear Editor,
Both of my sons, Vincent Carter and Lewis Carter, ran their first Carmel Marathon this year. Vincent ran the full and Lewis the mini. Vincent, 15, was the youngest in his age group to run. Lewis we’re not sure about but only three 12- to 14-year-old males were in the mini. They both completed the Marathon and accomplished a great lifetime memory! We are very proud of them.
Many thanks to the Carmel Runners Club and the volunteers. Also, many thanks to the Carmel Police Dept. and the National Guard for your time as well. It was an awesome day!
