Zionsville artist relocates to Arts & Design District

Artist Susie Rachles is relocating to a new studio and gallery space in the Carmel Arts & Design District after running Rachles Fine Art Gallery on Zionsville’s Main Street for seven years. She is partnering with fellow artist Jerry Points and will work out of his gallery, Eye on Art Gallery, 111 W. Main St., Suite 150.

“I hate closing my Main Street studio, as we have lived (in Zionsville) for over 33 years,” Rachles said. “But, for a working artist, the Carmel Arts & Design District is the place to be right now.”

Designer Julie Bova will be moving her design studio, Julie Bova Interior Design, and staff into the Main Street space vacated by Rachles Fine Art. Bova plans to feature some of Rachles artwork in the reconstituted space.

Rachles is being featured in a one-woman exhibition at East End Studio and Gallery in Marshall, Mich. When not painting in her new gallery in Carmel, she can be found in her home studio in Zionsville.  For more information, contact Susie Rachles at 691-0560.
