Holiday Inn sees success after $4 million renovation

InterContinental Hotels Group and Alliance Hospitality Management Company are pleased to announce the newest Holiday Inn hotel to their family. Formerly The Four Points by Sheraton, The Holiday Inn Indianapolis/Carmel hotel was converted to the Holiday Inn family July 2012. Since the conversion this hotel has been through a $4 million dollar renovation. Renovations have included upgrading and modernizing the lobby, restaurant & lounge, the fitness center, pool and spa, meeting space and all 171 guestrooms and suites and corridors. All the guestrooms come with microwaves and refrigerators and HD flat screen TV’s. The Holiday Inn Indianapolis/Carmel also offers complimentary Wi-Fi in all public spaces and guestrooms.

After leaving the hotel in 1990, Robert Utz decided to come back to the Indianapolis area over 3 years ago and has been with this hotel since the conversion from the Four Points by Sheraton to the Holiday Inn brand.

The Holiday Inn Indianapolis/Carmel hotel is set in the upscale Carmel business district, the hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers. The 2,500 square foot ballroom is the ideal location for social events and business functions. The Holiday Inn Indianapolis/Carmel features a newly upgraded business center and a full-service restaurant and bar.
