Former Fishers Town Council President Walt Kelly will is officially announcing his candidacy tomorrow afternoon.
A media release announcing a press conference was circulated. He’ll be speaking tomorrow at 2 p.m. at town hall.
Kelly served as council president before Scott Faultless, who took the job in 2001. Kelly’s total of years of service on the Fishers Town Council is 21 years.
Kelly has been among the rumored candidates for Fishers’ first mayor.
