Attorney Tim Schrader of Noblesville recently joined the new law firm of Rebecca W. Geyer & Associates in Carmel.

Schrader received his undergraduate degrees in political science and history from Purdue University in 2010 and a Juris Doctorate in 2013 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Having recently passed the bar, Schrader is now admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.

“The range of issues and problems clients face and present to you as a new attorney create daily challenges that grow you intellectually,” Schrader stated. “But more importantly, by taking on a client’s case you feel that you are helping an individual solve their own personal legal puzzle. Often clients come to us in distress or simply trying to make life easier for a loved one. The reward of our work is to take the complex legal issues off the client’s mind and allow them to enjoy their time with family.”

Besides practicing law, Schrader enjoys reading American and European history. He can be found on weekends rooting for the Boilermakers and the Indianapolis Colts. Schrader remains active in the Purdue community and in the Sigma Chi fraternity.

A 14-year veteran in legal issues facing the elderly, Geyer recently announced the official opening of the new firm.

“I am so pleased with the opening of Rebecca W. Geyer & Associates, PC, which provides estate planning and elder law services to clients in central Indiana,” stated the board certified Indiana trust and estate specialist. “I’m also proud to announce that Tim Schrader will join me to provide legal services in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law and business planning, while ensuring compassionate, responsive counsel to clients of all generations.”

Also joining the firm is Corrina Smith from Schererville. Smith attended Indiana University law school with Schrader and also graduated and was admitted to the bar in 2013.
