The Hamilton County Extension Homemakers are sponsoring an open Food & Craft Show during the 2014 Hamilton County 4-H Fair. The contest is open to any Hamilton County resident or Hamilton County Extension Homemaker over the age of 18. Entries are submitted for closed judging on Saturday, July 19 at the 4-H Fairgrounds. Entries will be on display July 19 and 20.

Food divisions include breads, cakes, cookies, pies, convenience foods, preservation and homemade candy. Craft divisions include needlecraft, quilt and sewing by hand or machine, creative ideas, painting and drawing, scrapbooking, photography and craftsman. Entry forms are available online at www.extension.purdue.edu/counties/hamilton or you may register from 8:15 to 9:45 a.m. on July 19 at the 4-H Fair. An entry fee of $1 per item is payable at time of entry.
