Letter: Can we control drugs and alcohol?

0

Editor,

In recent years Hamilton County has seen a population explosion and this has brought many new happenings to the County.  Unfortunately all of them were not good.  With such population increases comes an increase of liquor sales and consumption, an increase of drug dealers and users, an increase in crime, etc.  These increases can only be partially controlled.  They cannot be stopped.    The only way for the drug sales and use to be further controlled is for the United States law enforcement officials (and military if necessary) to destroy the source in other countries.

I would like to congratulate the various Hamilton County law enforcement departments for their efforts in trying to keep the law abiding citizens safe.

 Larry
