Williams Creek. The area features 280 acres of rolling land immediately north and west of the intersection of 116th Street and Spring Mill Road. It also includes the WilliamsCreek system and pockets of woodlands that will become focal points of the residential development.

The name pays tribute to the fact that a major portion of the land was passed down to an Indiana resident in a Presidential Grant from Andrew Jackson. Since that time, the land has only been transferred once to the Frenzel/Bookwalter families. For years, the site hosted foxhunts and a variety of riding and family events. The area will now be available to a wide range of homeowners including those looking for a zero maintenance lifestyle to family homes to luxury estates.

The land is being conscientiously planned and developed by keeping the banks of Williams Creek and its tributaries as a community amenity, for enjoyment year around. Large pockets of woodlands, including one of 13-acres, will be left untouched. Instead of retention ponds, the development will feature bio-swales, areas of native plants and grasses that will absorb and distribute the elements.
