Residents have begun moving into The Villas by Watermark, luxury apartments on 19 acres on the south side of Whitestown Parkway east of County Road 700 E. The $23 million multifamily community will have a total of 23 buildings with 266 living units at build out, with all buildings expected to be ready by June.

In addition to offering amenities found at most apartment complexes, The Villas also provide personal training onsite, smart home security, pet walking, Green Bean Indiana Produce-to-Door delivery and dry cleaning drop off and pick up.

“We focus on a conscious living lifestyle focused around a paperless office, healthy snack options, recycling and bringing our community back to customer service basics and creating a tight community atmosphere,” said Jordan Havonec, director of residential services for The Villas.

The variety of floor plans consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments intended to make the living experience feel like single dwelling homes rather than conventional apartments. Rent ranges from $899 to $1,675 per month.

“The Villas have a distinctive atmosphere created by the home-like feel of our ‘Big House’ apartment homes made to look and function like single-family homes with an elegant atmosphere of peace and tranquility,” said Aimee O’Connor, vice president of property management for Watermark Residential. “All floor plans allow you to enjoy the outdoors from your apartment with your own private balcony or patio.”

Located on the border of Whitestown and Zionsville, officials at The Villas are intentionally working to get to know their new neighbors.

“We are trying to enter the Zionsville community by partnering with only local businesses, marketing the businesses in the Village and partnering to support their endeavors,” O’Connor said. “We want to show that we are here because we care about our community and we love Zionsville. Our team is showing that they want to be involved with the community in every way.”
