There will be lane restrictions on Westfield Boulevard between 98th Street and 99th Street for the construction of an entrance and a left hand median turn lane for Seasons at Carmel development. They will begin excavation in the median starting April 1.
It is anticipated the work will be completed in three weeks, weather permitting.
