Where’s Amy?: Holiday Bazaar at Geist

0

“Where’s Amy?” … Checking out Fishers resident and owner of Bon Bon Creative Jewelry Mary Ann Lucas at the second Annual Artisan Table Holiday Bazaar. Lucas said it is a blessing to organize and be a part of the Holiday Bazaar held at Geist Christian Church and she knows how to put on one heck of an arts and crafts show. Local artisan artists came from all zip codes but most from Fishers, Geist and Noblesville area for the one day only event. The church was packed with shoppers who were stocking up for the holidays and even admitted they were indulging in a few treats for themselves! With over 40 plus vendor booths, I ended up buying two whimsical purses from my new favorite find Across the Pond and snagged the new book “Chasing God” written by my high school friend and local author Tracy Line, Noblesville. The free admission event was a hit and it was fun to see so many talented local artists under one roof … right in our own back yard of Fishers and Geist! Be sure to check out these artisan companies for the upcoming holiday season. Make a difference and buy local! (Photos by Amy Pauszek)
