John M. Roth, 69, Carmel died May 4 at his home. John was born April 17, 1947, in Monroe, Wisc., to the late Nathan and Dorothy Roth. He was a Carmel resident since 1989.
John was a pharmacist, specializing in nuclear pharmacy. He worked at Cardinal Heath for 20 years. He was a computer and sports car enthusiast.
John is survived by his wife, Mary, and their son, Mark. He was preceded in death by his son, Aaron.
A graveside service was held May 27 in Clarno Cemetery in Wisconsin.
