Eagle Scout candidate David Blackwell, standing, of Troop 125 recently led a project to clean and refinish the deck at the Carmel Clay Historical Society’s Depot Museum. Blackwell and his team replaced rotting wood, power washed, sanded rough areas and stained the deck.
