A U.S. District Court judge has dismissed a class action lawsuit against the City of Carmel filed in response to a city traffic ordinance overturned in 2015.
Attorney Edward G. Bielski filed the lawsuit on behalf of 18 plaintiffs. It came after the Indiana State Court of Appeals threw out a city traffic ordinance that referenced state law.
