CIZ COM 0606 Lions Leader Dog

Members of the Zionsville Lions Club recently learned about Leader Dogs for the Blind, a charity that provides dogs for the visually impaired to improve their quality of life. Club members heard a presentation on the joy and heartache of raising a puppy to let it go, enjoyed dog-themed dinner items and raised money for nonprofits. From left, Ann Elsie Rudin, Alaina Rudin and Pauline Ulrey with her dog, Satch, and Zionsville Lion Club President Gail Robbins, who is also a Leader Dog trustee. (Submitted photo)
