Where’s Amy attended the Portillo’s ground breaking ceremony in Fishers June 2. The Chicago-style hot dog and Italian beef sandwich stand will be on 116th Street at I-69 and is scheduled to open this fall. Portillo’s executives, Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness and Fishers City Council members, along with OneZone representatives and local media, gathered together for the groundbreaking festivities. After, everyone was treated to lunch. Everything was delicious, and Where’s Amy looks forward to seeing you at the grand opening.
