A 1972 Caboose from Whitewater Valley Railroad is installed at Spring Mill Station on the southeast quadrant of 161st Street and Spring Mill Road on Aug. 31. Cooperstown Partners, LLC purchased the caboose through a donation to the Whitewater Valley Railroad in Connersville. The developers also have built an outdoor patio seating area to enhance the experience. There is an overall railroad theme at 161st Street and Spring Mill Road. (Submitted photo)
