Toto was among friends, some of them furry, at the recent Barktoberfest at Ritz Charles to benefit TheraPets of Indiana, Inc., a non-profit that provides animal-assisted therapy to people of all ages in hospitals, retirement/nursing homes, disaster areas, schools and workplaces. Nationally-syndicated Pet Pals TV host Patty Spitler was the master of ceremonies and shared her love of animals and passion for this organization to kick off the event.
