I just finished reading your most recent article on the tax overcharge. My wife and I have had breakfast at Flap Jacks every Sunday since they opened, plus a few lunches. The only time we miss breakfast on Sunday was when we are on vacation. My guess is we don’t miss eating there more than six or seven times a year. We know many of the employees and get the same server every Sunday. We even give Christmas money to a few.
Seems to me anyone that dines there as often as we do could get a letter from Flap Jacks stating how often we’re there. I’m sure we have been there hundreds of times. We pay cash every time.
