Carole McMurray Hitchcock, 80, of Carmel, went to be with her Lord and Savior Nov. 15. She was born in Bellaire, Ohio, on Dec. 6, 1936, the daughter of Rev. Howard D. and Alice E. McMurray.
In addition to her parents, Carole was preceded in death by her sister, Lois.
Survivors include her loving husband, Ray; son, David (Terri); daughters, Lynda and Susan (Kevin); four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Family and friends will gather from 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 20 at Colonial Hills Baptist Church. The funeral service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 21 in the church. Burial will follow in Union Chapel Cemetery.
