A Feb. 14 water main break on 136th Street just west of Carey Road has resulted in a road closure. Traffic heading east along 136th Street between Keystone Parkway and Carey Road will continue to be diverted north through Smoky Ridge Place back over to Carey Road. Traffic heading west along 136th Street will be detoured north on Carey Road. The City of Carmel expects the road to be reopened by the afternoon rush hour.
