Ingredients:
1.25 oz. Belvedere Citrus
.75 oz. Crème de Cassis
1.5 oz. sour mix
1 oz. Domaine Chandon Brut
Fresh berries
Dry ice
Directions:
Combine Belvedere Citrus, Crème de Cassis and sour mix in mixing tin. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into chilled martini glass containing a spoonful of marinated berries and a piece of dry ice. Finish cocktail with Domaine Chandon Brut float.
