Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding held its annual fundraiser, the Dove Ball, Nov. 2 at the Golf Club of Indiana in Whitestown. The event theme was “Horseshoes and Harmonies”, featuring Howl at the Moon dueling pianos. Individual tickets were $125 each for a five course meal, provided by Jacquis Cafe in Carmel. Silent and live auctions also helped raise funds, with prizes like a date night package and trip to Harbor Springs, Michigan. More than $93,000 was raised from the 215 attendees, which will help Morning Dove accommodate more riders, eventually building a new facility on 30 acres near E 550 S in Whitestown.
