A 12-home subdivision is proposed on 18 acres in west Carmel.
The Carmel Plan Commission will consider a request from Platinum Properties Management Company to develop the Hampstead Garden neighborhood on the east side of Hoover Road north of 116th Street, adjacent to Coxhall Gardens.
The developer anticipates lots will sell for $250,000 to $300,000, with potential home prices of at least $700,000.
The plan commission meeting is set for 6 p.m. Jan. 15 at City Hall.
