“This is a wonderful opportunity for the community to learn about the services Janus is able to provide to our clients,” Senior Vice President of Development Debbie Laird said.

Janus clients will be on-hand to highlight the organization’s success stories.

“Our clients assist with greeting guests and making them feel welcome,” Laird said. “We have several parents who are planning to discuss the goals and dreams their adult children have accomplished through the programs and services provided at Janus. We also have a new video this year that will spotlight a Janus family.”

The program is free to attend, but guests will be asked to consider donating at the end of the program.

“This event is the largest fundraising event Janus holds each year,” Laird said. “The funds will be used to further develop existing and create new programs and services for our clients. One of these programs is called Out and About. It not only provides our clients with trips into the community to visit museums and art galleries, but it provides transportation and staffing to various other organizations so our clients can volunteer in the community.”

Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear, Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness, Westfield Mayor Andy Cook and Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard will serves as honorary co-chairs of the breakfast.

“The breakfast will be full of surprises and heartfelt stories of courage and perseverance as we celebrate our clients’ successes,” Laird said.

Guests must RSVP by emailing Joanne McDonough at [email protected].
