Editor’s note: Carmel police announced Sept. 16 Crystal Williams has been safely located.
Police are searching for a Carmel woman who left her home in the 5700 block of Osprey Way sometime after 1 a.m. Sept. 15.
Crystal Williams, 47, is a black female, 5’2”, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a navy sweatshirt and flip flops.
Williams suffers from mental disorders but is not believed to be suicidal. She requires medication but may not be taking it.
