Kirk Eshbaugh has been a gymnastics coach for 35 years and has been with DeVeau’s at 9032 Technology Dr. for the past 17 years. DeVeau’s has the longest-running gymnastics program in the Indiana, working with athletes of all levels, from toddlers through college and beyond.
Eshbaugh’s favorite part of the job is watching students transform as they reach goals and improve their gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, trampoline and ninja zone techniques, proving that all of their hard work and practice is a valuable investment.
Eshbuagh was born and raised in St. Louis but traveled to Tulsa, Okla., as part of his volunteer work with a Christian outreach ministry. It was there that he met the love of his life, and the couple were married in Oklahoma City. They recently celebrated 22 years of marriage and have three children. Eshbaugh also is a talented guitar player who has imparted an appreciation of music to his children who are active in marching band and show choir.
