Mike G’s take: You can have what you want, how you want it. Bru Burger has a large menu with specialty burgers, sandwiches and amazing appetizers. Burger varieties are beef, turkey, black bean, chicken or impossible burger. Bru Burger takes pride in making simple meals special, and everything tastes amazing. The restaurant makes its own sauces in-house.
What to try:
If it is your first time, try the chicken wings or BBQ nachos as an appetizer, a salad and a burger of your choice with fries or onion rings. My favorite is the Mexicali BBQ burger, cooked well, with white queso, pickled jalapeño, guacamole, fried onions, house chipotle BBQ sauce, lettuce and tomato. If I am eating healthy, Bru’s buttermilk Cobb salad with fried or blackened chicken is amazing. Bru Burger has locations across Hamilton County and the Indy-area.
