Rize, a Cunningham Restaurant Group breakfast and lunch bistro, will open at Gateway Plaza at 12955 Old Meridian St. in summer 2020.
Rize will join CRG’s BRU Burger Bar Carmel location at the same property. Rize will be open seven days a week and feature an assortment of breakfast bowls, toasts and brunch items, including a chia seed pudding bowl, farmhouse waffles, traditional eggs benedict and breakfast cocktails. Lunch features salads, sandwiches, and smoothies.
Carmel will be the third location for Rize. The first opened in Indianapolis in the Ironworks Hotel in fall 2017. Rize opened in Fishers earlier this year in Fishers District.
Current tenants of the plaza that will remain include BRU Burger Bar, Burn Boot Camp, Halo Salon, Team Rehab and A Cut Above Catering.
