Westfield Mayor Andy Cook recently announced NewPro Containers will expand its Westfield operations by adding 10,000 square feet and three new employees to its 51,000-square-foot facility on 16460 Southpark Dr.

NewPro Containers is a family owned and operated manufacturer,

importer and wholesale distributor of commercial-grade plant containers and supplies. The company relocated to Westfield in 2018. It employs 21 people.

“I am excited to see NewPro expanding in Westfield,” Cook stated. “It is my hope that they will continue to grow in our community. NewPro is a strong company with a smart growth strategy. The company is investing in its people and in our community while continuing to increase its market share. This announcement is a ‘win’ for our city.”

NewPro Containers CEO/owner Jeremy Dearringer said the company’s growth has exceeded expectations.

“NewPro’s growth has far exceeded expectations since making the move to Westfield from Zionsville, requiring we invest further in expansion,” Dearringer stated. “The amenities Westfield offers also play a major role in attracting/retaining talent, hosting business partners and entertaining prospects, such as the growing list of restaurants, the Monon Trail, Colts Training Camp at Grand Park and excitement around Grand Junction.”
