ATI, CSO continue Facebook shows

Actors Theatre of Indiana will present its sixth Friday Night Live at 7:30 p.m. April 24 in a Facebook Live event.
Special guest Gregory Hancock, founder and executive artistic director of the Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre, who will join in another presentation of “Music Heals and Unifies” including special performances by ATI’s Don Farrell, Judy Fitzgerald and Cynthia Collins and executive director Jim Reilly.
GHDT is the resident professional dance company at The Center for the Performing Arts and is in their 22nd year. Hancock is a multi-talented choreographer, costume designer, musician, composer and storyteller and has created over 150 repertoire pieces appealing to a broad-based audience. GHDT performances allow us to explore literature, music and legends of other cultures across the country and around the world.
‘Sinatra and Friends’ returns to Carmel Symphony Orchestra Saturday night concerts on Facebook
The CSO will host its third Saturday night show at 7:30 p.m. April 25. “Sinatra and Friends” will be part of the show n the CSO Facebook page. Another segment will feature an excerpt from Beethoven’s 9th.
Joining CSO Music Director Janna Hymes on the program are special guests, featured musicians Rich Dole and Melanie Mashner.  They will share personal and little-known facts about their lives and careers.
Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, the Carmel Symphony Orchestra, in an effort to remain connected with their audience base have been presenting 30- minute programs on Facebook Live. The free live-stream is simple to access on the Carmel Symphony Orchestra Facebook Page.
