Gradel Drive on the west side of the fountain at Civic Square is closed for underground utility work.
Only people walking from the Monon trail will have pedestrian access across Gradel Drive.
All vehicular traffic should please access the Gazebo and Civic Square area for tonight’s free Summer Concert Series from Range Line Road.
