A Carmel man was struck by a semi on I-65 in Lafeyette this morning, according to Indiana State Police.
The man, 41-year-old Roger Klinger, was reportedly changing a tire when the semi struck him. Klinger is said to be hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
