Cops & Kids flag football games postponed

The Cops & Kids flag football games that had been scheduled for tonight has been postponed until Tuesday, Oct. 25, because of the weather.

The Noblesville Police Department and Noblesville High School’s sports marketing classes will team up to present the seventh annual Cops & Kids (formerly Clothe-A-Child) fundraiser flag football games. Games will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Hare Chevrolet Field. The first game will involve girls from the NHS senior powder puff team competing against a powder puff team from Hamilton Heights High School. The second game will feature a team of NPD officers and NHS faculty against a team of NHS boys.

Tickets are $3 and will be available at the gate the night of the game.
Proceeds from the game are used during the holiday season by the Noblesville Fraternal Order of Police in shopping for needy children in Noblesville. Also, a portion is given to the Hamilton Heights chapter of SADD.
