Children are welcome to trick-or-treat at Primrose School of Noblesville’s spooktacular open house from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at 15707 North Point Blvd., Noblesville. Several family friendly local businesses will also join in by handing out treats to all of the spooky visitors. Crafts and refreshments will also be provided.
