BREAKING: Robbery at Fishers CVS

FISHERS–On October 31, 2011 at approximately 8:15pm The Hamilton County Dispatch Center received a 911 call from an employee of The CVS Store located at 10580 E. 96th Street near 96th Street and Mollenkopf Road. The employee told the Dispatcher that a white male walked into the store and robbed them of prescription medication.

Fishers Police Officers quickly arrived in the area and searched for the suspect. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department and Noblesville Police Department
assisted in the search. A K-9 track was conducted however the suspect was not located. At this time the suspect remains at large.

Detectives and Evidence Technicians from The Fishers Police Department responded to the scene. Three CVS employees were interviewed and gave
similar accounts. According to the employees the suspect entered the store through the front door and walked to the pharmacy. The suspect approached a
pharmacy technician and handed her a note. The suspect’s note demanded prescription medication and indicated that he would hurt someone if they did not
comply. The pharmacy technician gave the suspect and undetermined amount of medicine. The suspect ran out the rear door of the store.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’7” tall and in his twenties. The suspect wore sunglasses, jeans and a large dark colored coat with
a hood. The Fishers Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding this armed robbery to contact Lieutenant/Detective Todd Crowder at 317-595-3300.
