A $500 million redevelopment project might be back on track.
A public hearing on Buckingham Companies’ proposed mixed-use project, Gramercy, will be held during the Plan Commission’s Nov. 15 meeting. The project would redevelop the area on which the Mohawk Hills apartments currently sit and would include a combination of residences, shops, offices, civic spaces, parks and open spaces. Buckingham put the project on hold in 2008, citing a slow housing market.
