A group of Carmel girls, dubbed the Art Angels, have been raising money for victims of this summer’s tragic accident at the State Fair, and the girls met one such victim, Maggie Mullens, Wednesday afternoon at The Flying Cupcake Bakery in Carmel. The four-year-old was injured in the Aug. 13 collapse at the fairgrounds. To date, the Art Angels have raised more than $7,500 for State Fair victims, largely through the sale of their artwork.
