2011’s last city council meeting says goodbye to 2 councilmen


Mayor Cook presents plaques to outgoing councilmen Tom Smith and Ken Kingshill

Westfield City Council conducted its last meeting for 2011 last night and said goodbye to two of  its members.

Tom Smith and Ken Kingshill were honored last night by Mayor Andy Cook and Former Deputy Mayor Bruce Hauwk for their four-year terms. Cook presented Smith and Kingshill with plaques inscribed with a message city council members prepared.

Hauwk provided the entire city council with plaques honoring the first city council for the city of Westfield.
