New leases signed in Carmel City Center

cid image008 jpg@01CCE0F4The Pedcor Companies are pleased to announce two new lease signings in Carmel City Center. The Bike Line and Jack & Jill Children’s Shoppe will both open their Carmel City Center locations in the spring.

They are a perfect fit for the unique collection of independently-owned restaurants and retailers we have here in Carmel City Center,” said Melissa Averitt, Vice President & Director of Marketing and Sales at Pedcor.

The Bike Line is a second generation, family-owned bicycle sales and service business which began in 1979. The Bike Line sells Trek Bicycles, of Waterloo, Wisconsin, the same brand Lance Armstrong rides, and features one of the best selection of Trek bikes in the area. The Bike Line also maintains a strong focus on exemplary customer service and is the largest dealer of Zipp wheels, a favorite of Pro cyclists and triathletes around the world, in the state of Indiana. The Bike Line is relocating to Carmel City Center from its current location at 116th and Rangeline and will open this spring.

Jack & Jill Children’s Shoppe offers a broad range of children’s apparel and baby gifts as unique as your child. It offers a selection of children’s clothing from casual wear to outfits and dresses appropriate for any special occasion, including First Communion Dresses. Some of its lines include CachCach, Dogwood, Lemon Loves Lime, Mud Pie, Zaza Couture, Kate Mack, Little Mass and Hartstrings, just to name a few. It currently has stores in Frankfort and Zionsville. Its Carmel City Center location will open this spring.

The following restaurants and retailers are currently open in Carmel City Center: Addendum Gallery, Authentic Sports Collectibles, Brides of Carmel, Daphney Allen Skincare, divvy, Eggshell Bistro, Holy Cow, Cupcakes!, Keller Interactive Media, Mangia!, Nature’s Karma, Polleo Systems, The Next Step Fitness and Uber Boutique. Hubbard & Cravens will open in spring 2012. Pedcor is also in various stages of lease negotiations with other restaurant, retail and service concepts.

The apartment units in the Residences of Carmel City Center opened in summer 2010 and are now more than 90 percent occupied. The penthouse condominiums are 40 percent sold. Law firm Drewry Simmons Vornehm occupies 16,500 square feet of office space in Carmel City Center. Future phases of Carmel City Center include additional residential and commercial space as well as a boutique hotel.
