To date, the Indiana State Health Department has confirmed two cases of measles among all Noblesville School students.

Upon direction of the Hamilton County Health Department, Noblesville Schools has announced that effective immediately, no White River or Intermediate school child without the state-required measles vaccination will be allowed to attend school until further notice. This decision affects children who attend White River’s Early Childhood and AYS programs.

The Hamilton County Health Department is working with Noblesville Intermediate School and White River Elementary School to ensure that staff members are protected against measles.

Students who attend White River and NIS who have not been immunized may receive the measles vaccine during a clinic at White River beginning at 7:30 a.m. Thursday. Students must be accompanied by a parent to receive the vaccine.
